The above figures do not comprise invitations appeared for State and Territory Government nominated visa subclasses. State and Territory Governments nominate throughout the month for exclusive points tested skilled migration and business freshness and investment visas.

The following document shows the points for clients who were invited to apply in the 18 January 2018 encompass.
Invitation process and cut offs
The absolute ranked clients by points score are invited to apply for the incidental visa. For clients who have identical points scores, the time at which they reached their points score for that subclass designated to as the date of effect) negotiate their order of invitation. Expressions of Interest with supra dates of effect are invited before later dates.
Skill Select first apportion available places to Skilled – Independent visas (subclass 189) and then the outstanding to Skilled – Regional (Provisional) visas (subclass 489). If all collocation are taken up by subclass 189 visas then there will be no invitations appeared for subclass 489 visas in these occupations.
Due to high levels of requirement, and in keeping with previous years, the below laboriousness groups will be subject to pro rata dispensation to ensure availability of invitations across the program year.
